There was a time when every child grew up knowing something without being taught it. From the soil under their feet. The river they drank from. The fire their family gathered around. The air they breathed without thinking.

For nearly a decade I worked in behavioural coaching. I became the person teams were sent to when a pattern was hurting them — not for correction, but for a system. I coached more than 500 professionals. And along the way, I built something nobody asked for.
