If your order arrives and doesn’t align with the Chaossic feel you imagined,

Return & Refund Policy

You may return any unused, undamaged product (including all cards, pockets, and trackers) within 60 days of purchase. Just drop us a line at support@chaossicworld.in and attach your order details and return shipping receipt with tracking. This speeds up your refund, which we process instantly upon verification—no waiting for warehouse checks or long forms.

Returns must include all original components, undamaged and in sellable condition. Items with visible wear, water damage, or missing parts may not be accepted, as we want to uphold the ceremonial feel for the next user.

If your parcel arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll handle full replacements or refunds at no cost to you—just send us a photo.

For accepted returns, refunds are initiated within 2–3 business days of approval, and a confirmation is sent to your email.

Cancellation Policy

Your peace of mind matters.

If you cancel before your order ships, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 2–3 business days—no questions asked.

If your order has already shipped, you can still return it under our 60-day Return Policy, as long as it’s unused and complete.

Every cancellation request is a chance for us to improve, so we always welcome your feedback.
